*Perform repairs
on customer and store stock
units.
*Assist and/or respond to
customer inquiries as required.
*Routine cleanings, repairs,
upgrades, installs, etc., as
required.
*Contacts customers regarding
status of repair; solicits
additional
information if needed, and
provides work estimates.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a
High School Diploma. preferred 2
year Associates Degree. 2 years
of prior work experience in
diagnosing and repairing PCs or
consumer electronics.
